Winner of the Australian Design Award

A quantum leap of the humble filing cabinet was recognised at the recent Australian Design Awards. Receiving an Australian Design Award, plus the Design Institute of Australia's highest accolade for furniture design, Fatfile® (the first filing cabinet in the history of the awards to be nominated) made a clean-sweep of the country's highest honour in furniture design.

The Design Institute of Australia clarifies Fatfile® as "The design makes a bold aesthetic statement which sits beautifully in the modern office environment. Robustness, permanence and inscrutability of form, and finish is communicated through its simple, clean strong lines.
